Return Policy

 

BARNEY'S HUB BOOTERY will accept REFUND RETURNS that are in NEW CONDITION WITHIN 7 DAYS from ORIGINAL purchase date. Cash purchases will be refunded by CHECK ONLY within the 7-day grace period, anything after 7 Days will be given as STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Items MUST BE returned with all tags still attached and in the original shoebox. All returns WITHOUT A RECEIPT, a store credit will be issued. The last sale in progress will be the amount of the in-store credit if no receipt is given with return. If shoes are worn outside, to/at work, they will not be returned if there is visible wear inside or outside of shoe. Because of COVID-19, ANY ALEGRIA, DANSKO, KLOGS OR SOFTWALK OCCUPATIONAL and BIRKENSTOCK/NAOT (DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE FOOTBED) ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE WITH ANY VISIBLE WEAR OF FOOT IMPRESSIONS. BHB DOES NOT GUARENTEE ANY COMFORT ISSUES OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ISSUES. Comfort guarantees will only be honored with the companies that offer these guarantees only with original receipt. Work boots and all other shoes will have an up to 6-month DEFECTIVE ONLY return policy. Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, washing, and the natural breakdown of materials over time, problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow care instructions are not covered by this defective policy. BHB will not honor any returns to items with smoke or chemical smells. Defective Returns will be EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUNDS, manager can refuse defective returns which will be determined on a case-to-case basis. If paid with check, store credit will be issued until 10 days are up for check clearing, then a business check will be written. We are not responsible for any damages to item(s) during repair work/stretching/softening of any shoes. NEW CONDITION ITEM RETURNS CAN STILL BE HONORED AFTER 7 DAYS, BUT ONLY AS A STORE CREDIT, THIS IS A FIRM 7 DAY REFUND RETURN POLICY. SALE RACK ITEMS ALL SALES FINAL. FAILURE TO PICK UP PIF ITEMS AFTER 90 DAYS WILL RESULT IN A STORE CREDIT, PAYMENTS WILL BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE AND ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK.
