Return Policy

 

RETURN POLICY 
EFFECTIVE 12/1/2021

BARNEY’S HUB BOOTERY RETURN POLICY

In store credit given on merchandise not worn and in sellable condition only. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase date WITH RECEIPT. Any shoe returned must have original box. Any clothing item must have original tags still attached or original packaging.  We will not accept any merchandise back if it smells of smoke, chemicals or alcohol. 

No Cash or Credit will be given on any purchase!
IN STORE CREDIT ONLY!!

Work boots have a 6-month manufacturer defect policy with receipt only. Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, washing, breakdown of materials from chemicals or customers work environment are not covered by this defective policy. Defective Returns will be exchange only. One lifetime return per brand policy will be implemented. Companies require boots to be sent out for inspection and will be deemed defective or non-defective once inspection is completed. Companies may opt to repair instead of replace boot. If boot is deemed defective, a replacement of the exact same boot will be sent in its place. If boot is unavailable or discontinued an instore credit will be applied for this scenario only. If the boot is on backordered, the backorder will still apply unless determined to be an unreasonable amount of time. 

SALE RACK ITEMS ARE ALL SALES FINAL EVEN IF AFTER TIME ITEM BECOMES DEFECTIVE. No replacement or credit will be offered or given.  FAILURE TO PICK UP PIF ITEMS AFTER 90 DAYS WILL RESULT IN A STORE CREDIT, PAYMENTS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE AND ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK.  Special orders will be returned to stock after 60 days with no warning.
